Postnatal care is very important for people who are adjusting to their new life with baby. A private postnatal yoga practice can help you get back on your mat and give you time to connect with yourself.
These sessions will be custom designed to support you in this transition time. Strenghtening and stretching poses will help support you in gaining back focus and strength. Sessions may be restorative and gentle or more active and flowing. Some time for meditation will be included, leaving you feeling rested, focused and restored.
Sessions should only begin once your doctor or midwife has cleared you for exercise following birth.
