Beyond Kegels: Yoga for the Pelvic Floor

In this yoga workshop for women, we’ll delve deeper into the role the pelvic floor plays in our daily lives, moving beyond Kegels as a “one size fits all” pelvic floor strengthening solution. Focusing on breath and posture, we’ll do poses and exercises that support a healthy pelvic floor.
No previous yoga experience necessary and all levels welcome!
Pre and Postnatal women welcome as well as any woman who is interested in learning more about the benefits of a pelvic floor yoga practice.

· Suffer from incontinence
· Have given birth
· Deal with prolapse
· Experience discomfort in the pelvis during intercourse or menstruation
· Have gone through menopause or who are going through menopause
