Flow with Purpose: A Yoga Practice with Focus
In this 5-week series we’ll discover how combinations of poses can open the body and mind to help us find a path to being grounded and centered. Each class we’ll focus on poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), and meditation to that support the theme of the practice. During this series we’ll explore different poses to support not only your physical body, but the support of the mind and spirit through this mixed levels yoga practice.
The goal of this series is to expose to a variety of yoga poses, breath work, and meditation that you can use throughout your week!

Each class will be 60 minutes and are presented live on Zoom.
If you cannot join us at 8 am PT because of schedule or your time zone, a link to a recording of the class will be made available to you for 7 days after the original class(link will expire after 7 days).
