Feeling tired or stressed? Need a way to reset the body and mind?
Come join us for a gentle yoga class that will support you in your journey to be healthy, happy, and grounded!
Each week we’ll practice:
- Gentle stretching & movement to help us combat feelings of stiffness and tiredness that come from busy schedules
- Breath work to help us lessen feelings of anxiety and keep us
- Meditation – easy meditations you can use throughout your week to calm and ground you.
New to yoga? All are welcome!
This is a great class for everyone!
When: Monday evenings 6-7pm
Where: Rose Avenue, Long Beach, California (location sent once you sign up for class)
