Birth & Parenting Stories
Sunday, April 30th 2-4:30pm
824 Redondo Avenue, Long Beach, CA
Between 8th & 10th on Redondo
Dare to tap into the creative and generative energy sparked by your pregnancy, birthing, and parenting! As parents or parents-to-be, we often have limited time and space to reflect on, write about, or otherwise document and share our stories. In this workshop, you’ll learn simple ways to tap into your creative spirit in order to capture (and potentially share) your unique perspective— even when you’re short on time. A great time to connect with yourself away from the obligations of family and parenting.
Bring a notebook or paper, pens, pencils, and whatever else inspires your creativity!
This workshop includes:
• Meditation & Movement
