Yoga for a Healthy Heart – February 2020
During this yoga series in February we’ll do poses that support your heart. We’ll practice mindful meditation and breathe work to calm the anxious heart and offer support to help lower blood pressure. We’ll practice heart-opening poses, including work to stretch the shoulders, chest, and back to create more space to breathe.

Payment through website bloomyogapractice.com or Venmo at the start of series. 24 hour notice required if you can’t make class to be able to save that class credit for another series. Must have at least 3 people signed up for series in order to hold series.
