Yoga For Your Core Series



Yoga for Your Core – January 2020

Often back issues arise from a weakness in the core. Strengthen abs will offer support for the entire body – from a stronger back to better balance, these classes will focus on poses for the core. The importance of the pelvic floor in these poses will also be explored.

Come move and flow during this series, with a mix of strengthening and gentle supportive poses. Do something good for yourself this winter by supporting body, mind, and soul!

Safe, alignment-based poses to build strength and gain more flexibility.

Time: 8:30-9:30 am

Location: Rose Avenue (address provided once you register for series)

Series cost: $40

Payment through website or Venmo (Jenni-Brandon-Bloom-Yoga) at the start of series.

Cancellation policy: 24 hour notice required if you can’t make class to be able to save that class credit for another series.

Must have at least 3 people signed up for series in order to hold series.
