Jenni will be teaching a new prenatal yoga class in Long Beach starting July 8. She’ll be offering an hour prenatal yoga class at Beach Cities Midwifery in Long Beach. This class is open to all expectant people, and no previous yoga experience is required.
Why do prenatal yoga during pregnancy?
- Strengthen your body & increase flexibility and endurance in preparation for labor
- Improve sleep
- Connect Breath and Movement to help you relax during pregnancy & labor
- Decrease general discomfort in lower back, headaches, shortness of breath, swelling in ankles, etc.
- Create a supportive community of other pregnant women
Regular yoga practice may help in creating faster
and less painful birth experience.
