In this yoga workshop for women, we’ll delve deeper into the role the pelvic floor plays in our daily lives, moving beyond Kegels as a “one size fits all” pelvic floor strengthening solution. Focusing on breath and posture, we’ll do poses and exercises that support a healthy pelvic floor. All levels welcome!

· Suffer from incontinence
· Have given birth
· Have been diagnosed with prolapse
· Experience discomfort in the pelvis during intercourse or menstruation
· Have gone through menopause or who are going through menopause
· Want to learn more about the pelvic floor and the benefits of a pelvic floor yoga practice.
