Spring 2019 Yoga

With new growth in spring comes renewed yoga practice!  Come join us in small, semi-private yoga classes.  To offer you the best personal yoga experience  these classes will be limited to 8 students.  You must reserve your spot online or call/text Jenni at 562-999-1610 at least 24 hours in advance.

Mondays 6-7 pm Gentle Stretch and Restorative Yoga – A great way to start your week! Gentle yoga poses, breath work, and meditation get you relaxed and centered for the week ahead.  All-levels – great for everyone including beginners and those recovering from injuries.

Tuesdays 8:30-9:30 amGet Up and Flow Yoga! – We’ll connect breath and movement in this vigorous morning yoga class. Explore arm balances, inversions, Sun Salutations, and other fun yoga poses and you grow your practice.  All-levels welcome, modifications offered for newer yogis and those with conditions such as injuries or pregnancy.  (No class on Tuesday June 27)

1) No drop-ins: Please reserve your spot – this is a semi-private session and no drop-ins will be allowed in order to ensure you get the best individual attention in a small group setting.

2) Please reserve at least 24 hours in advance.

3) If you cancel less than 8 hours before class, payment is still required  for that missed session.

We want to get you on your mat

Classes will be offered on a weekly basis for an hour each session.  We’ll provide props – blankets, blocks, straps (and even mats if you forget yours or don’t have one yet!).  We’ll practice outside in the Cal Heights area (location to be sent to you when you sign up for your first class) so you may like to wear layered clothing and bring some water to support your practice in the beautiful weather of Southern California.

All-levels welcome  – we’ll move and flow on our mats, but also mix in some gentler, restorative poses, too.

We want to help you commit to your practice

Because we believe that yoga is a practice, and that we grow and change each time we come to our mat, we want to help you find your way to your mat each week. This is why we are implementing a reservation system so that you may sign up ahead of time to reserve your spot in the class.  Because we are limiting these classes to 8 students to bring you the best individual attention to support you in growing your practice, you must reserve your spot at least 24 hours in advance.  You’ll be able to sign up online at the link below or you may also text us (562-999-1610).

We want to make yoga accessible to you

As Bloom continues to grow, we are committed to bringing yoga to all.  We believe in the power of the one-on-one private sessions and hope you will experience those with us.  We also know that sometimes there is power in (small) numbers which is why we want to offer you a chance to practice with us in a small group setting.  While still focused on the individual, we all enjoy the energy we get from practicing with other yogis.  This is why we want to offer these classes at a $10/class rate.  Even better, you can purchases a series (just like with our private sessions) and get a discount! The more you practice, the more you save! We want to guarantee you’ll get on your mat – no excuses, and no time like the present!
